Policies
Appointment Preparation
Please come with your hair detangled. For example: If you have a coil set or just took your braids down, it must be combed out or detangled. Failure to detangle your hair prior to the appointment will be a $20+ extra charge depending on severity.
Service Requirements
Services are provided for clients ages 13 & older.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please contact me in advance via phone. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Late fees may be charged to your service, depending on your arrival times.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a late cancellation fee.
